So I'm watching the KTLA morning news as I always do, (I have to find out if the I-505 is blocked even though I live 1000 miles away) and I thought for a second I saw Sung-Hi Lee doing the morning news! What's the pride of Pusan doing reading the LA news? I turns out its Sharon Tay
Here's Sung-Hi Lee on the Left and Sharon Tay on the Right
Sooo...now that I can't use my beloved leechftp to connect to some servers because it doesn't have passive mode built in....I went on a search for a new ftp client. Here's what I've tried.

WS_FTP - shite
Voyageur FTP - shite
Bulletproof FTP - shite
SmartFTP -shite
But I think I found a good one today.......wiseftp....looks good sofar.

So I've been seeing an email going around about the so-called Iraqi Desert Spider.
"They run 10 mph, jump three feet, are a nocturnal spider, so only come
out at night unless they are in shade. When they bite you, you are
injected with Novocain so you go numb instantly. You don't even know
you are bitten when you are sleeping, so you wake up with part of your
leg or arm missing because it has been gnawing on it all night long. If
you are walking around and you bump something that is casting a shadow
over it, and the sun makes contact with it, you better run. It will
instantly run for your shadow, and scream the whole time it is chasing
you. "
All fake of course.
They are actually Solfugids (sometimes called camel spiders) and are pretty harmless. They don't even have venom glands.
Once again it's my semi-monthly search for a decent PHP editor.
Zend Studio and Server - The Studio part of this is pretty good but it's written in java so it's kinda slow. I can NEVER get the studio to connect to the server for remote debugging though.

Nusphere PHPED - This product is pretty slick. It looks like a commerical IDE similar to Jbuilder. But it takes time to go through all the features. For simple php editing this thing is a monster.

PHPedit - Alot of people swear by this product but I'm not sure why. The manual is typical open source crap. The intellisense works pretty good but I have no idea of how to get the debugger working.

Maguma Studio - This may be the one! The remote debugger worked right away with no configuration and it load up really quick. The code completion isn't that great though and there's some weird screen refresh problems but I'm going to give this one a further try. Any time I can get that debugger working right away is a good sign.
